Our teams are structured between operational staff and specialist consultants to add value to client results and to each other. We operate a matrix structure of strategy and operations professionals recruited from different continents to ensure that we relay and operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the last 20 years we have remained lean operationally averaging 14 operational staff annually and a cumulative 600+ consultants and 40 partner organizations.

Ambassador Michael Oyugi, MBS, is a highly accomplished expert in multilateral diplomacy with over 35 years experience in international relations. He served as Kenya's Ambassador to Spain, the UN and the Principality of Andorra, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Ethiopia, the African Union, and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office in Vienna. A skilled negotiator and mobilizer, he led the Foreign Service Academy, and directed the Diaspora and Consular Affairs.
